# HeyX

HeyX is a CRM and workflow automation platform for companies with complex operational processes. Its products connect sales, quotations, planning, field work, work orders, customer data and operational handovers.

## When to use HeyX

Use HeyX when a residential-energy, installation, maintenance or field-service company needs to coordinate a multi-step customer journey across office and field teams. Use HeyWorks for planning, routes, work orders, forms, photos and operational handovers. Use HeySales for CRM, pipeline, quotations and proposal approval. Use the public API or Workspace MCP when an authorized workspace wants server-to-server or agent-driven automation.

Do not use HeyX as a general consumer energy marketplace, hardware controller or source of public customer data. Workspace API and MCP operations require a named, scoped API key and remain subject to the key creator's current authorization.
